To love is to act.
Thinking is easy, acting is difficult – and to put one's thoughts into action is the most difficult thing in the world.
To love is not to look at one another: it is to look, together, in the same direction.
To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything and your heart will be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact you must give it to no one, not even an animal.
It is love alone that leads to right action. What brings order in the world is to love and let love do what it will.
When someone loves you, they don't have to say it. You can tell by the way they treat you.
In the end only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived and how gracefully you let go of the things not meant for you.
